Shipping

Every Veroni order ships complimentary and insured within the United States. No minimum order. No code required.

• Most pieces leave the workshop within 5–7 business days (made to order)
• You receive tracking as soon as the package leaves Los Angeles
• Carriers: UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on destination and value
• Every piece is packed in Veroni gift packaging

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Address changes after shipment are not guaranteed.

Returns

Return any unworn piece within 30 days of delivery, in original packaging with tags attached, for a full refund to the original payment method.

• Custom, engraved, or sized-to-order pieces made specifically for you are final sale
• Email info@veronijewelers.com with your order number to start a return
• We will send a prepaid return label within one business day
• Refunds issue within 5–10 business days after inspection

Ring resizing

One complimentary resize is included with every ring, within 60 days of delivery. After that, we still resize in the workshop — write us for a quote.
