At Veroni Jewelers, every piece is made to last. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Item must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags
- Proof of purchase required
Non-returnable
- Custom, engraved, or personalized pieces
- Made-to-order sized rings after production has begun, when marked final sale
- Items resized or altered by another jeweler
How to return
- Email info@veronijewelers.com with your order number
- We send a prepaid return label within 1 business day
- Refunds issue to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection
One complimentary ring resize is included within 60 days of delivery.
