Warranty

Every Veroni piece carries a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects — problems in materials or craftsmanship, not ordinary wear.

What is covered

• Casting porosity, failing prongs or solder that are manufacturing defects, and stones that loosen because of a setting fault from our workshop.
• We will repair or, if we cannot repair, replace the piece with the same or a comparable specification.

What is not covered

• Normal wear, scratches, thinning from daily use, stretched chains, or worn clasps.
• Loss, theft, or mysterious disappearance.
• Damage from chlorine, chemicals, impact, or alteration by another jeweler.
• Accidental damage that is not a manufacturing defect.

Keeping coverage in force

Have the piece inspected by Veroni or any qualified jeweler about every six months, and keep the receipt or a dated note. We use this to distinguish a manufacturing defect from unreported impact or missed maintenance. If you skip inspections we may still help; we may charge for wear that is not a defect.

Legal guarantees

This limited warranty is extra. It does not replace mandatory consumer rights: implied warranties under U.S. state law (including California), the statutory guarantee of conformity in the EEA, or the UK Consumer Rights Act. Those rights sit alongside this warranty.
