Our gemstone necklaces in 14K gold vermeil: sterling silver with a layer of 14K gold at least 2.5 microns thick, in yellow, white, or rose. Every stone is lab-grown and every pendant hangs from an 18-inch Italian box chain in 14K gold-plated sterling silver. Prefer solid gold? Each design is also made in solid 10k gold.
