Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase from Galaxy Gold Products, Inc. d/b/a Veroni Jewelers on www.veronijewelers.com. They should be read with the Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Contract

The contract is formed when we email an order confirmation. Orders placed before 10:00 AM Pacific ship the same business day with tracking; orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. A longer lead time expressly disclosed for personalized work on the product page takes precedence. If we cannot accept an order, we will refund any amount captured.

Price and payment

The price is the amount shown at checkout, including any shipping, duties, and taxes displayed before you pay. Payment is due at purchase via the methods offered by Shopify Payments (cards and wallets such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available).

Delivery

We ship from Los Angeles, California, USA to the United States, Canada, and the European countries listed in the Shipping Policy. U.S. transit is estimated at 2 business days after dispatch; international transit varies by destination. The product-page arrival date also accounts for the order cutoff, weekends, and holidays and remains an estimate. We arrange insured delivery and handle transit claims. For EEA and UK consumers, risk remains with us until you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods, except where you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer. Nothing in these terms transfers risk earlier than applicable consumer law permits. Signature may be required.

Withdrawal, returns, and refunds

Our commercial return window is 30 days from delivery for unworn, unaltered pieces in original packaging. EEA/UK consumers also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales of non-personalized goods, which runs inside that 30-day window. Personalized, engraved, and name pieces, and rings already sized to your specification after production has started, are excluded from withdrawal as goods made to specification, as allowed by law.
