Shipping

We make the piece in Los Angeles, insure the parcel, and email tracking when it leaves the workshop. United States and Canada ship complimentary. Europe ships insured express.

Production

Orders placed before 10:00 AM Pacific ship the same business day. Orders placed at or after 10:00 AM, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Personalized work with a longer lead time expressly stated on the product page follows that stated timing.

United States

• Complimentary insured express on every order — no minimum, no code.
• Estimated transit: 2 business days after dispatch. The arrival date shown on the product page includes the order cutoff, weekends, and holidays. Carrier delays and address-specific exceptions can affect delivery.
• Sales tax calculated at checkout where applicable.

Canada

• Complimentary insured express.
• Typical transit 2–5 business days after ship date.
• GST/HST/PST calculated at checkout where supported. The carrier may collect import duties on delivery if they were not taken at checkout.

Europe (EU, UK, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein)

• Insured express: $29 USD.
• Complimentary insured express on orders $500 USD and above (merchandise subtotal before tax).
• Typical transit 3–7 business days after ship date.
• VAT is calculated at checkout where available. Customs forms show the true value of the jewelry.

Carriers and signature

UPS, FedEx, or DHL. High-value parcels may require a signature. Please use an address where someone can receive the package.

Address changes and delays

Confirm the address at checkout. After the carrier scans the parcel we cannot guarantee a redirect. Lost or damaged-in-transit parcels: email info@veronijewelers.com within 7 days and we will run the insurance claim.
