Unworn pieces can come back within 30 days. Start with the form on this page — we send a prepaid insured label. You can also log in to view the order first.

What qualifies

  • Unworn and unaltered, in the Veroni box, with tags and cards.
  • Request opened within 30 days of delivery (EEA/UK consumers: 14-day statutory withdrawal is included in this window).

What does not

  • Engraved, named, or custom pieces, and rings already sized to order after the bench has started — unless the piece is defective or not as described.
  • Pieces altered by another jeweler.

How it works

  1. Submit the form below, or email info@veronijewelers.com with your order number.
  2. We reply within one business day with a label.
  3. Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection (5–10 business days, or sooner where the law requires).

Exchanges and resizes

Exchanges use the same form. One complimentary ring resize is included within 60 days of delivery — choose “Ring resize” in the form.
