Your Account

Your Veroni account is where orders, addresses, and return conversations live. It uses Shopify’s customer accounts — the same login from the header icon.

Create or log in

1. Click the account icon in the header, or go to veronijewelers.com/account.
2. Enter the email you used at checkout. Shopify emails a one-time login code (check spam).
3. You land on your account home: orders and profile.

Guest checkout still works. We recommend creating an account so resizing, warranty, and returns are faster to match.

What you can do

• View order status and tracking once the parcel ships.
• Update shipping and billing addresses for next time.
• Start a return, exchange, or resize with the order number from your account.
• Ask us to delete or export your data under the Privacy Policy by emailing info@veronijewelers.com.

If login fails

Use the same email as the order. Codes expire quickly — request a new one. Still stuck? Email info@veronijewelers.com from that address and we will help without asking you to paste a password (we never ask for your login code).
