These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.veronijewelers.com and any purchase from Galaxy Gold Products, Inc., d/b/a Veroni Jewelers. By browsing or buying, you agree to these Terms, the Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, and (for purchases) the Terms of Sale.

If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. You confirm that information you give us is accurate.

3. The products

  • Jewelry is made to order in Los Angeles unless a product page says otherwise.
  • Bodies are solid 10k gold (41.7% gold by weight) unless a page states a different fineness for a specific market or SKU.
  • Gemstones are lab-grown unless a product page clearly states otherwise. We disclose origin on the product page.
  • Many necklace pendants hang from an 18-inch gold-plated sterling silver box chain. The product page is the source of truth for chain metal, length, and weight.
  • Photographs and carat weights are representative. Handmade pieces and lab-grown stones can vary slightly in color, inclusion pattern, and gram weight.

4. Accounts

You may create a customer account to view orders, addresses, and related records. You are responsible for login credentials. See Your account.

5. Orders and prices

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, material unavailability, or inability to ship to your address. Prices are shown in the currency of the storefront or market and may exclude or include tax as indicated at checkout. We may correct obvious errors.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, scrape it aggressively, interfere with security, or use it for unlawful resale of counterfeit goods. Product photography and copy are our intellectual property (or used under license) and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

7. Warranty and repairs

Manufacturing defects are covered as described on our Warranty page. Ordinary wear, loss, theft, and third-party alterations are excluded. California and other consumer laws provide additional implied warranties that we do not ask you to waive where waiver is prohibited.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, except where liability cannot be limited (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer law).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that EEA/UK consumers retain the mandatory protections of their country of residence. U.S. customers: exclusive venue for disputes that are not resolved informally is the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
